Fran Tew

Fran is the European Chief of Staff and an Executive Director at Ardea Partners. Fran was previously an Executive Director within Ardea’s M&A Advisory team, advising clients on strategic transactions across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Ardea Partners, Fran worked as an investment banker in the Consumer and Retail team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2017 to 2019. Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
