Fran Tew

Fran Tew is the Chief Operating Officer (Europe) and Executive Director at Ardea Partners. She previously served as an Executive Director within Ardea’s M&A Advisory team from 2019 to 2024, advising clients on strategic transactions across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Ardea Partners, Fran worked as an investment banker in the Consumer and Retail team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2017 to 2019. Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
