Jeffrey Schackner

Jeffrey Schackner is a Partner at Ardea. He joined the firm in 2018, bringing over 25 years of experience advising clients globally on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic restructuring transactions in the Consumer, Retail and General Industrial sectors.

Prior to Ardea, Jeffrey spent two decades at Citigroup, where he served as Global Head of Consumer Products Investment Banking and was a member of Citi’s North American Investment Banking Management Committee. He was previously a Managing Director in Citi’s Mergers & Acquisition Department, which he joined in 2000 following Citi’s acquisition of Schroders.

Jeffrey holds a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA, with Highest Honors, from Columbia Business School. Beyond his professional career, he serves as Co-Chair of the Director’s Council and a member of the Drawings and Prints Acquisition Committee of the Whitney Museum of American Art.
