Monica Betancourt

Monica is an Executive Assistant supporting team members across the New York office. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2026 she worked at Quadrant Capital Advisors. A native New Yorker, Monica has held roles within academia, international sports and private investments. She is a graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Latin American Studies.
