Sebastian Zapata

Sebastian is an Associate advising clients on M&A and strategic transactions across a range of industries. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2026, Sebastian worked at Solomon Partners from 2025 to 2026 on the Distribution team and Centerview Partners from 2020 to 2025 on the M&A team in New York. He started his career in 2019 at Bank of America on the Latin America team in New York. Sebastian holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
