Steven Shi

Steven is an Analyst advising clients on M&A transactions across a range of industries. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2025, Steven worked at Truist from 2024-2025 in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure group. He started his career in 2023 at Lincoln International in the Valuations & Opinions group. Steven holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
