Susan Chen

Susan is an Executive Director primarily covering clients across the UK. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2025, Susan worked at Bank of America Merril Lynch from 2020 in the UK investment banking team. Susan holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
