Gloria worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2000 – 2017 as an Executive Administrative Assistant and at PaineWebber/UBS from 1988 – 2000 as a Senior Executive Assistant. Gloria studied Accounting at Baruch College.

Grace worked as a Junior Analyst Intern at Ardea Partners in 2023 before joining as a full-time Investment Banking Analyst in 2024. She earned a BS in Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Economics; a Minor in Art History; and a MS in Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Greg worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP as an Associate from 2013 - 2018 with a practice focused on M&A. More recently, he worked as Associate General Counsel at the New York City Office of the Comptroller where he worked on public and private market investments for the New York City Retirement Systems. Greg earned a BA from The George Washington University and a JD from Duke University School of Law.

Hernán Machado is an Associate primarily advising insurance clients across North America. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2022, Hernán worked at Citi from 2021– 2022 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, advising clients in the insurance and asset management sectors. Hernán earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from Iowa State University.

Huan began his career as a Compliance Associate at Deutsche Bank from 2016-2019 before moving to Citigroup in 2019, where he joined the Investment Banking Coverage Compliance team. Most recently from 2022-2024, he returned to Deutsche Bank as Vice President on the Business Line Compliance team advising the Investment Banking Coverage and Equity Capital Markets teams. Huan earned a BA from Connecticut College and his JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Jack is an Executive Director primarily covering clients across Europe. Before joining Ardea in 2025, Jack worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2014 in the UK Investment Banking team. Jack started his career in 2012 at Macquarie in the ECM team. Jack holds a MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.

Jacob is an Associate primarily covering clients across wealth management in the US and Canada. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2021, Jacob worked at CIBC in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

James worked at FFL Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, from 2015 – 2016 as an Associate. He focused on evaluating investments in middle-market companies in the Consumer, Business Services and Industrial sectors. Prior to that, James started his career in 2012 at Peter J. Solomon Company as an Investment Banking Analyst, advising retail companies on M&A and financing transactions. James earned a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.

Jane is an analyst advising clients across a range of industries in Europe. Before joining Ardea in 2025, Jane worked at Barclays from 2023 in the UK M&A team. Jane holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Jason is an Analyst advising clients on M&A transactions across a range of industries. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2024, Jason worked as a Sophomore and Junior Analyst Intern at Ardea Partners in 2022 and 2023. Jason holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, graduating Cum Laude.

Javier is an associate primarily covering clients across Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2023, Javier worked at RBC from 2020 in the Infrastructure, Utilities and Renewables team. He started his career at NatWest Markets in the Financial Institutions Group. Javier holds a Master’s in Finance from IE Business School.

Jeff worked at Evercore from 2020 – 2022 as an Investment Banking Analyst, advising clients in the Financial Services sector. Jeff earned a BS in Finance and a MS in Financial Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.

Jessica worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP as an Associate from 2012 - 2018 with a practice focused on public and private M&A. More recently, she worked as a Vice President at Barclays in the Bank Regulation, Treasury and M&A Legal and Regulatory Implementation teams. Jessica earned a BA from Occidental College and her JD from New York University School of Law.

Joao is an associate primarily advising clients on M&A transactions across arange of industries in the UK and Europe. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2024, he worked at Barclays from 2021-2024 in the UK M&A team. Joao holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Pharmacology) from the University of Cambridge.

Joe is an Associate primarily covering clients across the Wealth Management sector. Before joining Ardea Partners in2021, Joe worked at Wells Fargo Securities from 2020-2021 in the Financial Institutions Group. Joe holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.

Jonathan Katiraei is a Vice President primarily covering clients across the wealth management vertical. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2023, Jonathan worked at Goldman Sachs from 2020 to 2022 in the Financial Institutions Group. He started his career in 2012 at Morgan Stanley in the Institutional Equity Division. Jonathan holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jonathan is an Associate primarily covering UK clients across a range of industries in Europe. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2025, Jonathan worked at Barclays from 2022 in the UK M&A team. Jonathan holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick.

Kevin worked at Perella Weinberg Partners from 2022 – 2024 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Infrastructure Group. Kevin earned a BA in Economics and a Masters in International Business from the University of Florida.

Kevin worked at Cadre from 2017 – 2019 as the company’s Financial Controller and FINOP of the broker dealer. From 2011 – 2017, he worked at Blackstone where he was primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities and financial controls of the broker dealer. He began his career as an auditor at PwC. Kevin earned his BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University, holds FINRA Series 27 and 99 licenses, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lucie worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2014 – 2016. She was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group focusing on financial technology and asset management. She is a member of Terry College of Business Department of Finance Advisory Board. Lucie earned a BBA in Finance, Economics and International Business from the University of Georgia.

Manoj oversees special projects for Ardea Partners. He was previously the Chief Administrative Office and General Counsel of Ardea Partners from 2017-2023. He worked as an associate from 2008 – 2016 at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP with a broad international and domestic mergers and acquisitions practice as well as representing a major financial company on key commercial transactions. He received his BA from New York University and his JD from New York Law School.

Mark worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2016 – 2017. He was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Natural Resources Group focused on working with clients in Metals & Mining, Power & Utilities and Energy. Mark earned a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Markus is an Analyst advising clients across a range of industries in Europe. Before joining Ardea in 2024, Markus completed internships at Ardea and Permira. Markus earned a MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.

Martino worked at Barclays from 2010 – 2019 as a Director in the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team in London focused on advising corporates and infrastructure funds on M&A and financing transactions. Martino earned a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Bocconi University.

Matt worked at PJT Partners from 2022 to 2024 as an Associate within the controllership function. He previously worked as an auditor at KPMG from 2020 to 2022. Matt holds BS and MS degrees in Accounting from Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt is an Executive Director primarily covering clients across the natural resources sector. Before joining Ardea Partners in 2019, Matt worked at Morgan Stanley from 2013 in the natural resources group and was based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Matt holds a Biochemistry Degree from the University of Oxford.

Max worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2019 – 2020 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Natural Resources Group, where he advised clients in the Energy sector. In 2018, he worked at Wells Fargo Securities in the Corporate Finance Advisory group focused on special situations and transaction structuring. Max earned a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
